We are delighted that you are interested in joining FOSFA International
Before completing an application form, we would advise you to review the membership categories to determine the appropriate membership for you, as well as our step-by-step guide, as this will provide you with helpful information about the process.
You can apply for one or more sections of membership; either Oils and Fats or Oilseeds, or both. Under each section, please nominate a person to represent your company – additional members of staff can be included, but there will be a charge for per person and per section.
Please note that applications for Superintendent or Analyst category status are reviewed by the Technical Committee prior to being submitted to Council for approval. Analyst applications also require completion of a proficiency test.
All membership applications are reviewed and approved by Council. Successful applicants will be sent a formal notification with an invoice for the annual (or part-year) subscription. Once the invoice has been paid, you will be sent login details to the membership area of the FOSFA website which will give you access to the full range of membership resources and benefits.
As part of your application, you will need to enter the names of a proposer and a seconder, who must be existing members of the Federation (one of which must be a trading member). They will be required to write letters supporting your application, which must be sent to the membership secretary.
All FOSFA members must adhere to the Rules and Regulations. Please read them before completing an application form.
